Kay brings to Railroad Control Systems more than 30 years' experience in sales and marketing. She recently retired as a sales director for a major direct sales company.
In addition to sharing Chuck's love of model railroading, she brings a unique perspective on ease of use for the non-technical modeler. So, in additional to her sales-related functions, she serves as "beta tester #1", reviewing the functioning, ease of use, and readability of documentation for all of our hardware and software products.
